Changelog Description

Alway refresh workfiles tool on show so that when closing and reopening it does not show old outdated data.

Additional info

Note: this also refreshes when the window is minimized and then brought up again

Fixes #397

Testing notes:

1. Open workfiles tool, close it.
2. Publish your scene (or do something else that increments you workfile without using the workfiles tool itself)
3. Reopen workfiles tool.
4. It should now also list the newly created file.
